Who we are
Monty Lifestyle is a blog for me to provide tips to readers about a fulfilling life. From nutrition, fitness, and income. I cover three pillars of a healthy lifestyle: nutrition, fitness, and income. All 3 pillars impact your physical, financial, and mental health.
In my nutrition section, I cover topics for water solutions, macro and micronutrients, and supplements. I may also share a meal that I am following based on my fitness goals at the time. I may also recommend supplements or programs to you. I may receive a commission from some of these products as an affiliate or independent distributor.
In my fitness section, I cover training tips and workout programs. I may also offer fitness programs related to my goal at the time. I may receive a commission from some of these products as an affiliate.
In my income section, I recommend different income stream ideas. I may receive a commission for some of these income stream ideas as an affiliate.
Please note that my blog's URL is www.montylifestyle.mybloghunch.com. I may use tiny URLs from time to time. You can request the full URL to any of the links I feature in the comments section of a blog post.
